Church of Our Saviour

Our Saviour’s Church in Copenhagen is renowned for its serpentine spire and climbing all 400 steps to the top has become a popular activity. With six large bells and a magnificent carillon, the tower offers visitors a spectacular view of the city from every angle. The baroque-style church, built in 1696, is also a must-see, featuring a beautiful altar and a symbolic display of 40 elephants. The church is open daily from 11:00-15:30, except during services.
